Shipping, Refund & Replacement Policy

All custom photo magnet orders are made to order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.

Production times may vary for larger orders, weddings, corporate orders, and special events. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment once tracking information has been provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We will do our best to assist before your order enters production.

Keepzie Magnets is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

1. Check your delivery location.
2. Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

We will assist by providing available shipment details when possible.

Refunds may be considered for:

• Orders that were not received due to an error on our part
• Significant production defects
• Incorrect products shipped by Keepzie Magnets
• Other issues approved by Keepzie Magnets

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Requests must include:

• Name, address, email
• Order number
• Date of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

We are unable to replace or refund orders due to:

• Low-quality or blurry photos uploaded by the customer
• Customer-selected images that do not meet expectations
• Incorrect photo cropping caused by the original image provided
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings or printing variations
• Normal variations that occur during the custom production process

Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded images before submitting their order.
