Because every order is personalized and made specifically for each customer, our shipping, refund, and replacement policies are outlined below.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All custom photo magnet orders are made to order. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed, produced, and prepared for shipment.
Production times may vary for larger orders, weddings, corporate orders, and special events. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. We will do our best to assist before your order enters production.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Keepzie Magnets is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check your delivery location.
- Confirm the shipping address provided at checkout.
- Contact the shipping carrier directly.
We will assist by providing available shipment details when possible.
Refund Policy
Because our photo magnets are custom-made personalized products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Changes of mind after ordering
- Incorrect photos selected by the customer
- Customer preference after production has started
- Mistakes caused by customer-uploaded images or information
We want every customer to love their magnets. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to find a solution.
Refunds May Be Considered For
Refunds may be considered for:
- Orders that were not received due to an error on our part
- Significant production defects
- Incorrect products shipped by Keepzie Magnets
- Other issues approved by Keepzie Magnets
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests must include:
- Name, address, email
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Replacement Policy
If your magnets arrive damaged, defective, or there was an error with your order caused by Keepzie Magnets, we will gladly review your replacement request.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order (include purchase date).
- Provide your order number, full name, address, email, and phone number.
- Include clear photos showing the issue.
If approved, replacement items will be sent at no additional cost.
Replacement Limitations
We are unable to replace or refund orders due to:
- Low-quality or blurry photos uploaded by the customer
- Customer-selected images that do not meet expectations
- Incorrect photo cropping caused by the original image provided
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings or printing variations
- Normal variations that occur during the custom production process
Customers are responsible for reviewing uploaded images before submitting their order.
Wedding, Event & Bulk Orders
Keepzie Magnets proudly creates custom magnets for:
- Weddings
- Birthday parties
- Baby showers
- Corporate events
- School events
- Other special occasions
Large and event orders may require additional production time. Customers should place event orders early to allow enough time for production and delivery.
