Keepzie Magnets creates custom photo magnets and personalized magnet products, as well as gift cards, for individuals, weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Our available magnet sizes include:

• 2" x 2" magnets
• 2.5" x 2.5" magnets
• 2.5" x 3.5" magnets

Customers can upload photos directly from their phone, tablet, or computer through our website for use in creating personalized magnets.

All products sold by Keepzie Magnets are custom-made specifically for each customer.

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct product size, quantity, and options before checkout.
• Uploading photos that are clear and suitable for printing.
• Reviewing order details before submitting payment.

Keepzie Magnets is not responsible for print quality issues caused by:

• Low-resolution images.
• Blurry or unclear photos.
• Poor lighting.
• Incorrect cropping caused by customer-uploaded images.
• Customer mistakes when selecting product options.

If an uploaded image cannot reasonably be used for production, we may contact the customer before completing the order.

By uploading photos, logos, designs, or other materials ("Customer Content"), you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it.
• Your uploaded content does not violate another person's copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other legal rights.
• You give Keepzie Magnets permission to use your uploaded content only for the purpose of creating and fulfilling your order.

Keepzie Magnets does not claim ownership of customer-uploaded photos.

Photos are used only to produce your order and are handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Keepzie Magnets values customer privacy.

Customer-uploaded photos are not permanently stored after order fulfillment. Photos are deleted from our systems after the order has been completed and shipped, except where temporary storage is required for order processing, customer support, legal obligations, or technical purposes.

Keepzie Magnets does not sell, share, license, or use customer photos for advertising, artificial intelligence training, machine learning purposes, or any purpose unrelated to completing the customer's order.

By submitting an order, you provide Keepzie Magnets with limited permission to access and use your uploaded photos solely for:

• Creating your custom magnets.
• Processing your order.
• Providing customer support related to your purchase.
• With clear consent photos can be used by Keepzie Magnets for promotion on social media and other marketing materials.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your photos to Keepzie Magnets.

Keepzie Magnets creates custom magnets for weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.

Customers placing event orders are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event dates.
• Allowing enough production and shipping time.
• Confirming order details before production begins.

Rush production may be available depending on availability and may require additional fees.

If Keepzie Magnets provides a digital proof or preview, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the design before production.

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Delays caused by waiting for customer approval may affect delivery timelines.

All prices listed on our website are subject to change.

Payment must be received before orders are processed.

Keepzie Magnets reserves the right to correct pricing errors and will notify customers if an adjustment is required.

Production times vary based on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Keepzie Magnets is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers.
• Weather conditions.
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Because our products are personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Customer preference changes.
• Incorrect photos uploaded by the customer.
• Incorrect size or quantity selected by the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Keepzie Magnets, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the issue.
• A description of the problem.

We will review each situation and determine an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund when applicable.

All content belonging to Keepzie Magnets, including our logo, branding, website content, designs, graphics, and written materials, remains the property of Keepzie Magnets.

You may not copy, reproduce, or use our materials without written permission.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for unlawful purposes.
• Upload harmful, suggestive files or malicious content.
